Alga.Milk is a new product for food market operators developed by Algabas specialists. It is fully adapted for Ukrainian business, works on BAS ERP platform and solves problems of food business in Ukraine.
The program is developed in different versions:
– in accordance with the legislation requirements in the sphere of food safety of Ukraine;
– in accordance with the international standards requirements in the sphere of food safety management systems (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, Global G.A.P.)
– in accordance with the integrated management system requirements for management objects (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and others).

Alga.Milk is based on MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Alga.MILK system is an operational block that transforms data into management and accounting.

In the operational block Alga.MILK you will receive:

  1. Ability to trace what violations of technological processes were made and led to defects;
  2. Implementation of traceability of raw milk batches at all stages from the receipt of raw milk to the warehouse to the finished products production, which meets the requirements of the HACCP system and allows you to control the raw milk quality and finished products.
  3. Ability to obtain information on the raw milk movement, semi-finished and finished products in real time for operational management of production tasks, production planning at the workshop level;;
  4. Reducing the likelihood of theft of raw milk by implementing controls during weighing, as well as by accounting and controlling losses during various production operations;
  5. Obtaining reports on the movement and balances of material assets, production of semi-finished products and products, technological operations in the online mode;
  6. Operational control of material assets balances in warehouses and production sites, their movement and transformation;
  7. Operational compliance control of standards, losses and outputs with the possibility of further plan-factual analysis and identification of the deviations causes;
  8. Product labeling when picking customer orders, including printing of individual labels, total labels and pallet sheets;
  9. Assembly registration of customer orders with simultaneous compliance control with customer requirements for packaging, quanta of contribution;
  10. Possibility of raw material daily calculation of cost and building a report on the increase in cost at each of the production sites in the context of the nomenclature and batches (series of nomenclature);
  11. Calculation of the cost of production.
