  2. Implementation of traceability of raw meat material batches at all stages from the receipt of raw meat to the warehouse to the finished products production, which meets the requirements of the HACCP system and allows you to control the raw meat quality and finished products.
  3. The ability to obtain information on the raw meat movement, the production of semi-finished and finished products in real time for operational management of production tasks, production planning at the workshop level;
  4. Reducing the likelihood of theft of raw meat through the introduction of controls during weighing, as well as through accounting and control of losses during various production operations;
